The Plaintiff sustained a serious brain injury as a result of a Road Traffic accident.
He was 33 years old at the time. He suffered a severe head injury with frontal brain injury resulting in Organic Personality disorder. He has significant cognitive impairments, is incapable of concentrating for any period of time and suffers from short term memory. A settlement was reached totalling €2,800,000 plus costs to account for the care he will require in the future.
