The Plaintiff was driving his vehicle when due to the dangerous and defective condition thereof the vehicle was caused to go out of control.
The plaintiff was hit by another driver when his vehicle was stationary. He sustained a devastating injury to his spinal cord. He has no power in his lower limbs and no sensation. He is wheelchair bound. As a result of his devastating injuries the Plaintiff will require care and support for the rest of his life. In spite of enormous liability issues the Plaintiff recovered €750,000 in damages.
